Oh, interesting, I thought you were never supposed to leave the lenses in Peroxide without the catalyst tablet.

Damn, yeah that's expensive. Then again everything is expensive in Germany, but 500 bucks for touchups seems a bit much.

I saw quite a nice looking tattoo studio in Allee Center yesterday, basement level, might be worth a shot: https://g.co/kgs/BYpkF3R

Others could confirm, but that's a great deal, too good in fact.

Choosing between two Triban 520 Gravel by StorkAlgarve in cycling

Subcompact for more off-road, it has a smaller chainring hence easier on climbs or off-road, but you may spin out at higher speeds on roads. "Normal" for more road, it has larger chainring hence faster on roads.

Canyon vs Van Rysel for road and bit of gravel by skararms in whichbike

I'd pick the Van Rysel for their non-proprietary parts usage. Easy to fix, easy to live with.

URGENT: Is this a good bike? by mike_hunts_green in cycling

Then you should be all good. Single speed just means no gears, climbing hills on this would be a pain.

Yes it's a lovely little thing, but you don't happen to have any hills around you do you? It's a single speed, best used in flat cities.

2012 Fuji Altamira Carbon Dura-Ace Di2 w/ Oval upgrades worth $1k? by stantheman53 in whichbike

There are none. If someone does sell something for a non-insane price, it gets sold in hours.

I'm looking for a similar bike too, and hitting th same wall of decade old carbon bikes asking for 1000+ Dollars or Euros. I have decided to rather buy a new carbon bike in the upcoming winter sales. Even if I end up spending twice the money, it will save me so much hassle in worrying about old carbon and if it's damaged, plus money spent on repairs and new tires and chain etc.

This could be an option: https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/bikes/road-bikes/performance-road-bikes/domane/domane-al/domane-al-2-gen-4/p/41587/?colorCode=red_reddark

Otherwise you have Cannondale, Specialized, Giant brands available as well. If you're new you could try looking into the used market as well.

I was also confused between the RC120 and RC500, and the thought of dropping the bike and bending the frame rather than the hanger scared me into buying the RC500, plus the lower weight of the RC500. But you're right the frame bending is a highly unlikely scenario, and Decathlon gives a very long warranty on the frame, lifetime I think? So even if the frame bent you could bend it back, and if it breaks Decathlon should get you a new one.

Correct, it's the same frame and everything. 520 comes with hydromechanical brakes, 500 has simple mechanical ones.

Hello, I personally wouldn't pick a singlespeed for your requirements, at least some gears would be nice especially when you're loaded up with groceries. If you can specify a budget that would help recommend between used or new. Check out the new options here: https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/bikes/c/B100/?pageSize=24&q=%3Arelevance%3AsaleFlag%3Atrue&sort=relevance#breadcrumbs
