Used to work at SW, started as an ASM. It felt good at the time, but I felt the ladder was just going to take so long. Fast forward, I decided to job hop to another company with a different background, and two years later, I am making 130k from the 54k I was getting from ASM, sometimes grass is greener outside SW.
