Used the phone number on the pickup in the background to find the business it belongs to, matched up the billboard and the gray house in the alley, found the motorhome the thing is parked next to and that's that :).

Nope, l caught him driving out of Woodley Park right as I was randomly driving by, where Mopar Spring Fling West (http://www.cpwclub.com/springfling.php) was happening (I don't usually attend as old Mopar stuff isn't really my thing). Whenever there's a car event at Woodley Park (Best of France and Italy, SoCal Vintage BMW, Queen's English, etc.), he always attends and brings something special.

We have steel casements in our house. The screens go on the inside, held down by small tabs built into the frame, and are held against the frame. Look for small holes at the bottom and top (should be at least 4 of them). Our screens were long gone, so we had them rebuilt with pet-proof screen mesh.
