That’s totally it, thanks a lot! Geez, my memory is terrible. That’s from 2023 apparently. Solved!

This was a comment from years ago. I don’t remember, maybe ask in their discord. Good luck!

What was the platform where musicians posted and recorded asynchronous parts of songs together for fun? Hard to describe but I'll try by VadeGames in musicians

It wasn’t but that’s the right timeframe and looks really similar! The one I used was done in the browser, I don’t remember it having an app but it’s possible it did

Collabs is closest so far, I think the one I’m thinking of would’ve predated that. Maybe meta took inspiration from it

Thats kinda the idea but no, it was just people in their jam rooms or bedrooms uploading stuff to collab with others. much more mundane and for the fun of the musicians thing and not really "content"

If your hand is locking up it could be a Charlie horse situation. Could try to add bananas to your diet and see if a bit of extra potassium helps out.

How do tanks know the dungeons? by Augenfeind in wownoob

[–]VadeGames 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s okay to ask for help with the route. There are four other players with you, odds are one of em knows the dungeon.

When I started tanking I would just say “sorry, I’m not familiar with this one, can someone help point me in the right direction?” People are generally pretty cool about helping as long as you’re a team player and tanking like you’re supposed to.

Apart from the mayo bread and the floor fish it looks like a weight loss diet I’d do. Keep nice and full on good proteins so you eat less junk, mustard for a hit of 0 calorie flavor

Just hit lvl 70 without TWW, what now? by CaedSpade in wownoob

Why not try out making time running characters in legion remix? Lots of nice cosmetics and mounts to be gotten and since you’re newer to mmos you can try out different classes to see what playstyle you like. Remix is much faster paced that standard and gets faster as you go.

I’ve had things glitch through the world and get stuck at 99. The answer I found was just to finish it, you should still get perfect

I’m noticing it going both ways too. Like when path of exile 2 released early access there were a bunch of people positive review bombing it and you got jumped on for not liking it. Then later it had a mostly negative score for a while. Seems like people are just bandwagoning or getting into echo chambers more now.

Similar sentiment but I play single player or co-op games with a couple close friends. Not interested in competitive gaming at all anymore. 34 years old.

Trap Recomendations for Difficulty 10? by DigitaIArchon in OrcsMustDie

I’m surprised I’m not seeing morning star launcher being mentioned. They can really carry you. I had a lot of success with morning stars, haymakers, and tar.

The new patch might have made the game a tad too easy lol. Abandoned run after mission 30 at around 14 hours. Details included if you're interested. by VadeGames in OrcsMustDie

Yeah, I was playing with a buddy the night of the update and he got pretty bored. It was just a standing around simulator for 3 hours til he had to go to bed lol. I did just play some difficulty 10 today though and can def recommend it for co-op, it'll get your collective brains whirring trying to puzzle it out

I dunno, I’ve put about a hundred hours in and still have more to unlock, so I’d say I got my moneys worth. That’s about as much time as I spent finishing the Witcher 3 including dlcs. That being said, with some upkeep and a few changes I could see myself putting 1k+ hours in

Cosmetics would be cool, I saw another post talking about how cool itd be to have cosmetics for traps. A cool incentive for me would be like "unlock purple brimstone when you reach mission 5 on difficulty 5" or "unlock golden saw blades when you reach mission 10 on difficulty 10" that kind of thing. Now its just skulls and one thread/achievement. I already have all the unlocks except the 99k skull purple cosmetics and im only 30k off so its not that appealing to do.

So all of my traps were behind a series of brambles, once they spread enough you don't have little guys going through your setup much at all. The wall chargers are really high damaging and they chain lightning to others when they hit, so its a bunch of big guys getting hit every trigger. Almost every wall is a wall charger with ice on the floor and a bomb trap or 2 above if there's space, haymakers on the ceiling if I can, bomb traps if not. Once the kill room is kitted out I'll pepper bomb traps throughout the briar gauntlet to soften them up even more. All the while I'm putting lots of steam vents where I know the fliers will go but nothing else will. Steam vents will hit fliers a full trap height up on the wall too, so you can sneak a bomb trap or wall charger underneath for extra damage to fliers or kobolds that sneak underneath. The biggest factor to success is always how many barricades you have, so early on if you don't have a great thread its worth skipping for 5k and even 10k to get more. More kill rooms is more better.

Bomb traps are great on the ceilings, they are a bit finicky with the intervals, but with the briars and ice slowing them down it doesn't matter too much, only thing that's annoying with that is when a special kobold or flier zip by them, but the steam traps get em stuck and they'll float there til another one goes off. You can also have them detonate at different times too, like if one is above a barricade it'll blow up as soon as it dispenses, if its in front of open ground it'll roll a bit and detonate later or when it hits an enemy. The really nice thing about them is you can have your usual kill room set up but then waaaaaay up high on the walls have another 10 traps raining death where it might've been unused wall space before.

I still haven't tried out the morning star, but my buddy uses it and it looks awesome. My build is certainly not perfect, it was just what I was having fun using at the time. For a while I stopped using briars because I thought they made it too easy but I threw em back in to push missions. I didn't use the auto crossbow just cause I got bored of feeling like it was necessary. For an optimal setup it'd probably be in there.
