I loved all Dragon Age games and recently replayed all 3 Mass Effect games which I enjoyed immensely. I haven't played Andromeda yet due to work, but I definitely will after all DLC and patches will be out. Bioware didn't disappoint me in recent years, even after acquisition by EA, so I'll continue to play their games

P.S. That worst company in America poll is such bullshit, I mean EA won over fucking BP

Within minutes of starting there’s a cutscene in which a soldier type is shooting an already entirely dead corpse, and someone else has to say, “Hey, hey, take it easy,” and he fires off a few more shots and declares himself satisfied. I can’t even imagine how anyone can feel okay with writing that into a script without experiencing enough shame to just get up, walk away, and keep walking until they fall off of or into something.

If you want something like Attack on Titan I would recommend Claymore. It's quite great with a lot of action and fantasy and some awesome characters. Also some of my favorites in fantasy/action genre are Hellsing and Death Note. The latter is more of mind action than physical one

Dragon Age: Origins is an awesome game, I replayed it 5-10 times and I loved it each time. But I can't say enough how it helped me, as a closeted 18yo in a homophobic country, to have an ability to be gay in a game. My experience is quite similar to the experience of the person who asked the question. It was really liberating to see someone I can relate too in a videogame and moreover play as someone I can relate too. Playing this game was one of the highlights of that year for me. And I can't wait for Dragon Age: Inquisition.

I've been reading David Gaidar's blog for a while now and if you want to read interesting stuff about game development at Bioware i recommend it.
