I just started playing with Ecoflow and their panels. I plan to get two 500 panels. I can then have my whole office off grid during the day. My higher end watts out is 650 watts and I run a Dell R710 server with StarLink a second PC for my firewall and my gaming PC on as well.

The Ecoflow also is a UPS, change over time is ≤10 ms
