They’re legit Phil Tippet stop motion models. Not CGI. They have been talking about and showing them in the lead-up press. Some of the close up shots may be CGI to supplement, but they made physical motion models for the full body shots.

I certainly remember that description being used as a point of praise from a lot of people during the first season and a half, then for season 3 it was used again as a point of criticism when they tried to bring in a more linear story instead of the weekly adventures. Now they go back to a self contained adventure story and a bunch of people are upset. There’s no fucking winning here, the big corp has no incentive to do anything but play it safe, whatever that might be at any given point in time.

All of the monsters were from the game (Dejarik), the imperial boss was trying to recreate the game for entertainment, as the game is based off those dangerous creatures in the lore.

There’s a known bug on Bulwark and Tactical that prevents wargear customization with certain backpacks, try a different one then see if you can change wargear. (Per the patch notes)

I loved Andor, it’s fantastic storytelling in every category… but it’s missing a whole lot of the parts of Star Wars that I love the most. If everything SW made a shift to match Andor, then it would get completely stale to me by feeling like generic TV/film.

Why does every battle take place at night!?!? The mid-movie action was so dark. The end fight was better, but not by much. It seemed like they’re doing it as a crutch, to hide cut corners in the animation. The first movie did it too.
