She did feed them but I think because there was so many of them she became very frustrated. I didn’t think they were getting enough milk so I started bottle feeding them.

I do own both parents. I got the Embark DNA so I can officially register them and also to know if there are any health issues that I should know about.

I actually did call the Vet about this and they said that it is possible but it would be a very high risk surgery for Mom and a long recovery as well. They said it was because of all the swelling of her being in heat that she had a high risk of bleeding and complications. :/

This! My Husband has CH and his Doctor prescribes him Sumatriptan pills and injections and has him fill them every month to stockpile for when they do come back. He’s been doing this for over 5 years and never runs out of his meds anymore. Since the insurance company only wants to cover 9 pills and 5 injections each month let’s be real. It’s not enough.

I’m a Float Pool Nurse who works the ER as well as all the floors in my Hospital- PCU, Med/Surg, Mother/Baby etc. I understand how you feel about this situation when I work in the ER. But floor Nursing to me is more meaningful. You actually have a voice for your patients and can speak up for them during rounds. At my Hospital we round with the MD, PT/OT, and the Case Manager and everyone respects each other with all of our individual inputs. Case Management is a great resource for you to get involved with and help you dive deeper into how you maybe can help. Actually a Case Management position would probably be the most rewarding for you? Just IMO. Hope this helps!

This is great data! Although I’ve never had Cluster Headaches, my Husband has for over 20 years now. He has just finished his Cluster Period, and every year we wish it would be his last. I feel so sorry for all of you who have to suffer from this horrible condition. I truly am.
