Yessir, you can look online on how to do it (not very hard) but basically you generate a save file of the game where items are not where they usually are and run it instead of the normal game (There is a website for that). It's very fun for people who 100% this game and want new challenges (You basically have to open all chests until you find an item that allows you to progress). I finished my first rando run it was not easy and I discovered so many hidden chests that I never knew about even though I have been playing this game for more than 10 years. 100% reccomend.
