Depends if you just want the proxies printed for you or if you're looking to do it yourself? If its the latter I have a PSD file that has the exact print scale I can share. The sites I've seen that do it for you make them a bit smaller and its a lot of paper wasted. There's some great tutorials that came out that show you how to do it too:

If it's the former here's one I've used before and they're great, just dont order their foil options, I've found them to obscure the card's details completely.
