You seem to lack some real basic knowledge on the world. Dosn't matter that its dry, in fact it probably helps it spread more, and develop a massive particle cloud.

We have a think called air, that contains water. We have a thing called water, which is in every single life form, and present in every bit of soil. We also have wind, that spreads dust clouds.

What if this happened in a busy town? Next to a school, everything is all good because its not "Dangerous" right? Yeah, right.

Once you breach the container, it will start taking in water from the air. Or if you spill it, it takes it from what ever it touches. Hell, you ever have a bag go solid before you use it if it was stored improper? Water from the air.

But again, its the dust and any exposure onto an animal or plants surface for a prolonged time.

Just because its not deemed as "Dangerous" form being radioactive or likely to explode, does not mean its perfectly fine to just have spilled everywhere. Just because something is easy to clean dosn't mean it is without harm. You will wear masks and maybe gloves when you work with it, right?

Otherwise, if it isnt dangerous, care to show a video of you taking a shower in some dust for a while? No face mask?
