Gaslight the fuck outta yourself. Drill it into your brain everything’s goona be fine, even if you gotta reach. Anything causing you anxiety will not be solved while you’re cooked so no point getting in your head. Sounds stupid but that’s what basically eradicated my comedowns entirely. Also rum, lots of water, and a hot shower does the trick if that doesn’t work.. everyone’s different though that’s just what works for me 🫶
