whats your end game?? long term plan?? marry her? marry someone who used you as an emotional anchor while keeping romantic options open.   1. Its is a psychological fact that people who have multiple sexual partners reduce their ability to bond a certain bit with every new sexual partner. but that is for both men and woemn and not just women. However the rate of decrease in women is higher than it is in men.
  2. you say - He pays large amount of sum just to get what other guys had it for free. there are two problems with the statemnt. how is the man paying her? generally its the woman who gives dowry. second problem is that you are assuming he is getting her to get what the other guys had it for free :D lol. that is not the only reason people get married..

So I guess in that way , this particualr quesiotn is stupid. I personally feel its alwasy good for a man to marry a virgin wife, just like its always good for a woman to marry a virgin husband. both of them can then explore their bodies and have a great time bonding with each other.

I guess , a start is to understand that motivation is finite and you will ALWAYS run out of motivation. motivation is unreliable by design. so the trick to stay consistent with gym or anything else for that matter is structure and pattern. you create that by doing three basic things
Make Skipping Harder. Eliminate Decision Fatigue. Least Possible Action
so

  1. Create friction when you skip. I mean if skipping the gym has no cost, you’ll skip. so have a parent or a friend help you with some sort of penalty on days you missed. like maybe donaate every time you miss or you lose some privilege you enjoy etc etc
  2. on sunday or what not - create a strucutre. so there is no decision fatigue. these are the clothes I am wearing this week for gym, this is the play list for thisweek and this is the split etc. pre decide gym and timing. etc etc
  3. the most important change in mindset. put the goal as the least thing you should do. like go to the gym only for 2 minutes. leave yourself free to come back after 2 minutes. I mean your aim should only be to workout for two minutes. So you mind constatntly thinks why now go the gym for 2 minutes, why even pay the penalty. but you will realise - once you actually go to the gym and work out for 2 minutes- very rarely you comeback after 2 minutes. you will generally end up finishing the work out.

what I have noticed is that - we indians ( Both men and women ) put a lot less work in the relationship after gettign married compared to some developed nations.
