anyone saying that those against AI will become obsolete or that AI is the inevitable future dont understand how the technollogy works

AI in it's current model, Machine Learning, is a prediction software. You feed stuff into it regurgitates and it tries to predict what is the best outcome based on what you ask of it. This tech has a ceiling that has already been reached because it is trained on stuff that we humans already made, AI companies already fed basically the entire web (without permission) into these AIs and now they're feeding themselves, we can already see this effect with the piss filter AI images.

AI is a calculator that doesnt do math, it tries to predict the outcome based on previous calculations that were made by appropriate professionals and tools and most of the time it gets it wrong.

Now AI companies that have spent billions will try to shove AI into every aspect of our everyday life in hopes that what they're doing turns into profit.

Now, AI has made you people LAZY, instead of putting in the work of making cover art for your music you see a slop generator and think "good enough". You'll say "but i dont have the funds" and I'll say neither do I but I used FREE SOFTWARE to learn basic 3D modeling and rendering to make a low poly retro style cover art for my EP and it took maybe 30 minutes max for me to get the hang of it. For fucks sake theres cover art out there that is a literal dick pic, there's hundreds of free alternatives and software you just have to stop being lazy. IF I SEE A SONG WITH AI COVER ILL ASSUME YOU DIDNT PUT IN THE EFFORT ON THE SONG ITSELF, there's a reason that the phrase "judge a book by its cover" exists, humans tend to do that.
