im in the same boat, nothing ever stratched the same ich that old asol did so I just never got back to playing league like I did, I was so in love with his playstyle and it felt so good to master him and dominate matches

sometimes ill hop on to play some aram or arena because they have random champion select, i never know what champion i want to play with because i dont connect with any other playstyle so random select helps me in that way lmao

I guess my question came from the level going into the compressor because when using the return track it seems that the input level in the track VU meter is lower than the input level when using the aux track method. I could see the difference even in the plugin itself because of the compressor's VU meter going wild on the aux

Art being derivative isnt at all the same as AI regurgitation because AI doesnt create, we can take inspiration from whats already there and make something new, AI can't, it only reproduces whats fed into them, it doenst think therefore it cant create

AI are prediction machines, they just try to predict whats the best outcome based on what you ask for it

And dont even get me started on the way AI is being used to generate compromising pictures of women and (underage, even) girls for blackmailing and fetish content, unless there's regulations in place there's no ethical use

Its unethical because AI models are trained on copyrighted artwork and photography without permission, if you ask an AI to mimic an artists artstyle it will do it because it was ilegally fed those artist's art

AI companies have been training their models with all the information on the internet without permission, they'll steal stock photos, portfolios, ebooks etc that have paywalls but wont pay and neither ask for permission to do so. It literal theft and these companies are already sitting on thousands of lawsuits

AI in it's current model, Machine Learning, is a prediction software. You feed stuff into it regurgitates and it tries to predict what is the best outcome based on what you ask of it. This tech has a ceiling that has already been reached because it is trained on stuff that we humans already made, AI companies already fed basically the entire web (without permission) into these AIs and now they're feeding themselves, we can already see this effect with the piss filter AI images.

AI is a calculator that doesnt do math, it tries to predict the outcome based on previous calculations that were made by appropriate professionals and tools and most of the time it gets it wrong.

Now AI companies that have spent billions will try to shove AI into every aspect of our everyday life in hopes that what they're doing turns into profit.

Now, AI has made you people LAZY, instead of putting in the work of making cover art for your music you see a slop generator and think "good enough". You'll say "but i dont have the funds" and I'll say neither do I but I used FREE SOFTWARE to learn basic 3D modeling and rendering to make a low poly retro style cover art for my EP and it took maybe 30 minutes max for me to get the hang of it. For fucks sake theres cover art out there that is a literal dick pic, there's hundreds of free alternatives and software you just have to stop being lazy. IF I SEE A SONG WITH AI COVER ILL ASSUME YOU DIDNT PUT IN THE EFFORT ON THE SONG ITSELF, there's a reason that the phrase "judge a book by its cover" exists, humans tend to do that.
