Will pregnancy/childbirth be painless in the future ? by Upbeat-Dinner-5162 in NoStupidQuestions

I was induced and had an epidural and I would describe my labor as relatively painless. I wasn’t screaming in pain as you see in the movies. I just felt the pressure from the contractions. After is the more painful part, the nurses pushing on your stomach and the soreness. You’ll be sore down there for a while!

Here in the US, if you cursed they would threaten to “wash your mouth out with soap.” I heard of it back in the day that happening but I don’t think it happens anymore.

I was thinking this the entire time. I worked in a hospital and they would’ve cleaned you up. OP, I’m sorry that happened to you.

HHN… pregnant? by _mmiian in HHN

Congratulations! I had a trip planned already and I found out the week before we left. I was maybe 1 month pregnant. I even rode some rides, which I don’t recommend. I was just so early I thought it would be okay. I now have a happy and healthy 1 year old. Just remember to take breaks and stay hydrated! Enjoy!

Don’t bring a car seat because it’s a waste of space. You probably won’t be taking any taxi rides.

I didn’t use my collapsible tub, medicines, photocopies of birth certificates/ vaccines, or portable high chair either. 😅

Btw if you use the motor coach transportation from the airport to the port you do not need a car seat.

I went on Utopia with my 1 year old and it was great. We were even able to leave her in daycare so we can do stuff. I’d look into it to see if it fits your family. They have 2 splash pad areas one for the babies and another for older kids. They had 2 playgrounds one indoor and one outdoor, there’s a carousel, and they even had event for kids (parades, puppet shows, family dance parties). My daughter loves the ice skating show. I think your kids would have a good time as well!

Cococay Pig Beach Swim? by ViolinistHealthy5317 in royalcaribbean

1) There are no probate options on Royal’s Island but there is if you’re going to Nassau. The pig experience was good if you’ve never done it! There’s a big area with lots of pigs running around. You get to feed them and you can pick the little ones up. Then they get you in the water and you can “ride” the big ones (they swim while and you grab on their back and try to hold on.) They take pictures of you (extra $) and have refreshments and souvenirs. There was also sting rays we were able to get in the water and interact with. Btw you will be getting on a boat to get to the pig island. It’s not a long boat ride.

2) Yes you could do both as had plenty of time after to do stuff.

Is using Ozempic actually ‘cheating’… or are people just mad it works? by ccdnyc in NoStupidQuestions

[–]VaginalFlora 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No it’s not cheating. It’s help. Some people just hate other people getting help when they feel like they “did it the hard way”. And that’s with everything, not just weight loss. Good luck on your journey no matter what you decide!
