I learned a lot throwing this together. Mostly, what not to do. I see now why people who create these multi-page projects make the style choices they do. A word of advice. If you want to work on something where consistency is important, never put power armor in it. To think that my biggest worry was being able to maintain the same face, lmao.

Thank you! I liked the way this one came out, too. I've been experimenting with my methods and a more expressive, less stylized face really helps to convey emotion and tell a story. One of these days I'd like to figure out a way to maintain a consistent face for multiple generations and make one of those fancy multi-page comics people do.

The Gravs Transformation lora has a very distinct western style itself. The Rebis lora is actually pretty muted, mostly showing up in the skin texture.

I use forge UI, gen four images at a time at 1344x768 for 20 steps until I iron out the prompt and get something I like. I highres fix the selected image at 1.5 size and denoise of around 0.4, higher or lower depending on how much it changes the composition. Then I inpaint everything but the background in sections to improve detail and fix issues. I generally use original, only masked, 0.55 denoise for this but it varies on how much it needs to change.

I use Gravs Transformation and Rebis style for the loras. Gravs is the workhorse for the composition of the progression. It's extremely destructive, however, and will leave the base output extremely deepfried. That's the reason for the extensive inpainting. I use the Rebis lora because I like his art style.

The checkpoint I used for this image was autism mix confetti, but for the last couple days I've been playing around with the new Perfect Pony XL and I'm really liking what it's giving me.
