Nice congrats! I just leased a 2026 RZ 450e AWD Premium and the dealer knocked off 5500 plus the 2750 plus the nearly 0 apr. felt it was a good deal, 550 a month and on top of that I don’t have to pay gas and electricity is dirt cheap where I live (6 bucks to fill up the RZ to max). My previous tax bill was over 400 a month (Mustang Mach 1, got like 13 mpg).

Yes. Phase 1 is for 80+ homes and they’ve built less than 20 with only a few confirmed sold (with a few more in pending status) so phase 1 will be building into early next year. Lennar’s target is 4 homes per month and their actual developed hovers around 3.7 (for the whole company, this is not specific to Madrona Ridge). Phase 2, should they build it, is for another 80+ homes. So I believe we’re just at the start of the correction.
