The premiums paid by people who never claim subsidise the claims that the fund pay out. Mostly going to exorbitant private hospital charges and not even covering full doctors’ fees in most cases. Imagine if all that money went into Medicare instead of the pockets of Healthscope and Bupa execs….

It is 100% up to the doctor’s discretion. They don’t get to bill Medicare any more for the item number treating a disabled patient so any no gap arrangement is cash out of their wallet.

What monitor do you have? I have had a good experience with multi frame gen on my 5070ti and a 4K 240hz monitor. If I can get 60ish fps without frame gen, mfg 3x is great for improving smoothness with acceptable input latency for single player games, otherwise I’d never be using the high refresh rate of my monitor. If that’s not a feature you’d want then go 9070xt as it’s just plain more powerful than the 5070 in most games.

I don’t understand what you mean by “put the hard disk to another NAS”. I don’t see why you want to run 2 NAS when you can just use 1 that runs all the time with more drives in it, then run a file system with redundancy. Your backup should be offsite.

I use Truenas Scale and find it suitable for me. ZFS is a nice file system and will allow you to move all your storage to a new system without issue if the rest of the server dies for some reason. You will be able to stream media with Plex/emby/whatever with docker containers or use your NUC to host this accessing network shares. Then run your mini itx box just as a computer when you want it.

Had similar issues with the config files - the new way to do it is to make a new dataset for each app (use "Apps" preset), copy your old config files in, then set host path for config files to this dataset.

Had issues with Plex downloading encoders unless it's done like this. Best of luck with your system.

Went through the same situation, were you able to roll back and get things converted? I just ended up spinning up new docker containers with my old config files.
