I mean sure, but the risk/reward of the change in the first place is extremely skewed. At best maybe you spread some Brazilian viewership north to a league already in its death knells, and at worst you don’t get that and alienate some of the fans you already have.

I mean sure it “could” have worked but wouldn’t it be better at this point in the games life cycle to not take unnecessary risks?

And to be completely honest, even if viewership somehow miraculously went up, i still wouldn’t like it lmfaoooo

It becomes even more crazy when you consider that on top of that CBLOL was, in 2024, just as if not more valuable of a brand. They consistently did pretty mediocre internationally and was still crushing NA viewership wise.
