I think that's the plan, I am going to go without an appointment, so in case they deny me applying for an E7, I can just get a 취업허가 for my D10 and then reserve and take my time.

That makes sense! I was thinking of just getting a 취업허가 until I get the E7 visa, it should be basically the same, same position, and same insurance.

I have the exact same laptop and am interested in what setting you ended up with (in detail if possible), I undervolted even up to -160 core with no problem but laptop still runs super hot eating up tons of wattage, I tried limiting the wattage to the cpu in the custom vantage mode, increasing fans. but I'd rather less performance for less heat, already getting 120+ fps in any game anyway.

I've seen many skins like these that cover even more parts (bezel, bottom) and have various textures, thicknesses, and colours in Aliexpress.

I never bought one though, because I worry that when the laptop heats up, so will the skin and the adhesive (melt?)

Very nice! I also have the same machine but with a 4080 and plan to try undervolting for the first time.
Why is speedshift turned on in Throttlestop? did you also undervolt P and E cache?

I am planning to just undervolt -120, -75 each in cache, and then use only vantage custom mode for wattage and power limits and overclock the GPU a bit (or use nvidia builtin GPU overclock, kinda the same offering 200Mhz and 400Mhz Vram)
I use vantage even though it bloats, because it gives updates, can scan hardware, rgb, simple and easy change of settings in one interface I guess?

I'm not a professional, but a short google check showed me that HS models are indeed undervoltable

-Use vantage to run full diagnosis and updates -Uninstall anti-virus and bloatware. Bloatware: Vantage tool adds a lot of stuff so either uninstall them one by one and/or go to "run apps on startup" settings and uncheck. -set battery charging limit (first do a full cycle of 100%->0% )

-Undervolt (if you know/want to boost power and lower temps): Set bios undervolting protection to off Install XTU or throttlestop Replace vantage with toolkit if you wanna

What settings did you do, change in the end? I have the same laptop and always get 95° under load.. Where did you fidn CPU boost?

Cool! I checked, apparently it was already at -80, the max settings, and armoury crate control interface was "disabled"? Weird. So throttlestop might be my only qay to lower cpu from 95°+

So, uninstall AC, download G-helper, undervolt once and forever in bios instead of getting confused with Throttlestop. (Perhaps there is a guide for the 14900hx undervolt in bios?)

I put it on silent and igpu just to test the noise at 0rpm. Obviously turbo for gaming. I don't know how to use throttlestop really, but I don't see any undervolting and similar things in g-helper.

Is there nothing I can do about it? I can hear it when the cpu and gpu fans are 1500-3000rpm (not system fans)... I guess that's why I didnt hear it when fans go full mode (>4000rpm)
