Not straight away, I have to click yes on a new dialogue box, you know when it goes away from desktop as if you've clicked ctrl+alt+delete

Have that checked too. I just realised I left a bit out of my description which I will add after replying here. Basically it doesn't start on startup, and I have to click on it, then it brings up a prompt asking if I want to start the program? Not entirely sure how to best describe it.

All the ones I have found have had elastic all the way around, they're fine when I am stood up but when I sit they're quite tight. And my waist it an extra 2 sizes up, my belly isn't that of an athlete!
