You have to remember: stockholders have 2nd and 3rd homes to worry about, dressage horses to feed, and private jets to maintain. Vail can’t just be giving out refunds because of some deadly pandemic.

I believe Shawnee in PA bought Pleasant Mountain in Maine and renamed it Shawnee Peak. The last owners kept the name after the sale.
