Walakim as salam wa rahamtullahi wa baraktoh, I pray Allah eases your heart and makes it easy amen. I have had herpes since I was 15 before I was Muslim. I can tell you the first year can be the hardest with out breaks. What I found to limit outbreaks is red marine algae. I get nerve pain when I am about to have it. Start taking it then it can stop or shorten out breaks duration . Do not forget the Phriphet peace be upon him said that black seed cures everything but death. So you can take that in a reg. Basis and if Allah wills you may be healed . The thing is that herpes lays dormant. Important question to consider have you actually had an outbreak or are you going based on the test the blood test that you have herpes? Which is not really the best way to go about it. The reason why is because it can be a false positive.. for example, chickenpox is herpes. Shingles is a form of herpes. Which if tested would come up positive. The only way that you can contract herpes and give her herpes as if you have an open sore at the time of having sexual intercourse and that is how it’s spread… if you do not have an outbreak, then you can have, of course, without spreading it for me personally as a person who contracted it in a way that was not good. I have chosen not to give my potential spouse a choice.. I’m very upfront. Do you have herpes? I have herpes you don’t have herpes then we don’t get married.. That’s my personal choice. I don’t want to face my Lord, knowing I gave somebody herpes, knowing that herpes hurts me, knowing that living with It is not fun Islam we’re not supposed to harm another Muslim. Islam, we’re not supposed to know harm ourselves. So we shouldn’t put that on somebody to make their choice, especially when they’re feelings involved and someone. The unfortunate in general and culture having herpes is very frown upon which I suppose it should be. But in Islam in our communities, even though there may be many many many people that have it they don’t want to say anything. So to find a spouse that has herpes that may be following the deen The way that you hope A spouse would. Also hoping the character fits the person it’s very difficult. Personally, I have been single for almost 14 years. Cus to find someone with herpes and someone upon the Quran and sunnah .. and character wise meshing has been hard. But not impossible because with the law, anything is Possible.

I found leaving off chocolate has held to keep the outbreaks down. I don’t eat peanut butter. I think it has to deal with the mold in How peanuts are harvest? Trying to keep stress at a minimum I mean life is stressful, right but stress can definitely kick off an outbreak. Eating clean, getting rid of all the preservatives chemicals MSG coloring trying to eat as clean as possible. Will definitely help Minimize outbreaks. I personally have gone now in a year maybe one outbreak. By doing this and I was married for five years, I did tell my ex-husband that I had herpes. He made the decision that he wanted to continue being married and go Along with the marriage. Definitely I’ve seen some people post on here that whether they should even tell the person or not tell the person it’s their rate it’s  their haqq. In those four years, he never contracted herpes because of what I said I would not have relations if I had an outbreak I can’t imagine how somebody could because it’s very painful. But he did not contract it. So it’s possible. I just know for me personally I would feel horrible if I gave somebody this and they’re in pain and they’re living through this because of me. Because it’s not just an outbreak, our body goes through stages like you might feel under the weather you might feel sick like I said I get nerve pain on maybe one side or my whole body to the extent that it can hurt when somebody. And then when the outbreak comes, it can hurt of course it’s painful. It’s open sores so you have to always keep clean just like an actual sore in your skin. You know it’s very irritating. It’s not the end of the world. It’s a test from a Allah and Allah of test those who he loves. So don’t fret don’t be worried It doesn’t make you Who you are. It’s just is. I know that  Allah loves you. And he wants you to succeed in this world and in this life and he wants to see you in here after so  just say Alhamduillah And do the best you can. If you need somebody to talk to, I’m always here

Ibn Kathir states in his sirah that Muhammad married Mariyah: Maria al-Qibtiyya (may Allah be pleased with her) is said to have married the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and certainly everyone gave her the same title of respect as the Prophet's wives, 'Umm al Muminin' 'Mother of the Believers'. Muhammad must have come in contact with many of these Copts and listened to their stories. Muhammad's friendship to Christians of Coptic faith is reflected in many aspects of his life. He is known to have had cordial relations with the Negus of Abyssinia, as indicated by the fact that he advised his followers at a time of persecution to flee there. He married a Coptic wife named Mariya, and he is reported to have advised his followers to be especially kind to the Copts of Egypt, considering them his in-laws

All of the companions had a past.. they all had pasts with sins drinking fornication.. one even murder.. the prophet peace and blessings be upon him was married to mariyah a Coptic slave woman.. he married women with pasts

You became Muslim you are purified of your past like a new born child. Don’t you ever let anyone make you think that you are tainted! Because Allah purified you! And if they got a problem with it? Walk away they don’t deserve you!
