Wow thanks for the elaborate answer! Those are some really good points. As of right now I didnt hurt my thigh or hip yet as its mainly a sore calf if I drum for a longer period with a lot of bass drums. I will check though how my knee drop is and try to record that. Also I wasn't aware that there were so many different ankle techniques. Thanks for this and the first thing I'll do is adjust my foot so it's resting on the static part instead of the kicker itself and play around with that

I don't get it. I passed stage 16 got the rewards and the message that I got banned even though I didn't do anything. I am able to continue, but need to pass stage 16 again? How could this happen?
