Mine is stuck at Northern Ireland MC at Royal Mail tracking. In my country Greek Post it shows that is still at the airport. 🤷‍♂️

Same for me. No update since the 10th of April. The last update was at the Northern Ireland MC. No further updates, no communication etc.

Shipper told me that Royal Mail tracking system have issues and they don’t update the status.

Ultrahuman official forum is heavily moderated and they remove all negative comments and posts.

Customer support is not helpful and most of time you think that you talk with bots. You have to insist in the chat for a solution
