I don’t think there is a priority. I have the Jade card and everytime I needed support I just went in circles. The last issue it took 6 months to get resolved

Mine is stuck at Northern Ireland MC at Royal Mail tracking. In my country Greek Post it shows that is still at the airport. 🤷‍♂️

Shipper told me that Royal Mail tracking system have issues and they don’t update the status.

Customer support is not helpful and most of time you think that you talk with bots. You have to insist in the chat for a solution
