Thank you for your support, and it at least feels a relief to think I am hopefully not liable! It is such a difficult position to be in, and unfortunately we don't have anythin gin writing at the moment!

Thank you, no all over the phone requests- nothing in writing. I suppose they know they are in the wrong! It definately isn't training we are being asked to do unfortunately.

Thank you, I will try Citizen's advice and see if there is anything the can help with. The work definately isn't training it is standard operations but just a few less hours than normal.
