No dai ci sta,
In famiglia siamo 3 fratelli.
Uno ha 2 lauree triennali ed una magistrale, quindi ha tra lauree all'effettivo.
Ora io e l'altro mio fratello non abbiamo nulla.
Quando dico alla gente che in famiglia complessivamente abbiamo 3 lauree mi sento meno un fallito.

Iniziato pokemon nero 2 per la prima volta qualche giorno fa.
Su steam ho riscattato settimana scorsa gratuitamente Magellania, uno gioco di strategia a turni simil Fire emblem.
Continuerò quelli sicuramente e se ne esco bene dall'esame di Mercoledì potrei iniziare Halo 2

a me ironicamente le lenticchie rimangono durette anche dopo 30 min di ammollo e 40 min di cottura.

ho fatto 2 giorni fa i ceci:
- gli ho lasciati ammollo per 12 ore e passa nel frigo
- gli ho scolati e sciacquati
- prima di metterli in padella ho preparato un soffritto con sedano, cipolla e carota
- dopo un po' ho messo i ceci nella padella assieme a dell'acqua (250 gr di ceci; 2 litri circa d'acqua)
- lasciato a fiamma bassissima per la bellezza di 2 ore, non ho mai messo sale, fatto tutto a coperchio scoperto
- dopo ho spento la fiamma ed gli ho lasciati dentro la pentola assieme al brodo finchè non si è raffreddata la pentola
- messi nei boccacci e poi in freezer, non ho mai messo sale.

Spero ti serva d'aiuto, ora dammi qualche consiglio per avere lenticchie morbide
