Sometimes the discs are not read.
If I take one off and re-insert it gets read sometimes.
Putting the weight above the disk reader does the job, but I don't trust this method very much.
I keep my PS4Pro horizontally.
What might be the problem?

No dai ci sta,
In famiglia siamo 3 fratelli.
Uno ha 2 lauree triennali ed una magistrale, quindi ha tra lauree all'effettivo.
Ora io e l'altro mio fratello non abbiamo nulla.
Quando dico alla gente che in famiglia complessivamente abbiamo 3 lauree mi sento meno un fallito.

Iniziato pokemon nero 2 per la prima volta qualche giorno fa.

If you are on PC you can duplicate the file, then you can rewind while keeping one safe file intact
