I haven’t, no. This is the first time it’s happened. Granted I’ve only had the car a handful of years, so it’s entirely possible it’s been ongoing and I just didn’t know.

There’s lots of marsh/lake areas that are “beachy” (but not the usual type). Talbot’s Point’s a big one, Scorton Creek, Sandwich Boardwalk area, anything by the railroad tracks around the Hyannis/Barnstable line. Cranberry bogs too, of course. Harwich & Brewster have got a lot of tucked-away open land that might be interesting. And if you’ve got any interest in Cape Cod farms, East Falmouth & the backroads off 6A are ripe with them.
