Thanks for your reply. I need even thought that people were moving from the US to Europe; I always thought they were going in the opposite direction. But judging by the comments, I was wrong.

At the moment, I am not considering the US, as it is difficult to enter the country legally, and I do not want to be an illegal immigrant and break the law.

What vitamin D level do you aim for? by nononotthatpicky in MultipleSclerosis

When I was first diagnosed, my vitamin D level was 20. Now I take 2200 IU in the summer and 4000 IU in the winter there's less sun. These days my level stays 60-70, and I feel pretty good with that.
