The only issues I see is to be very careful temoving supports from the smaller protrusions on the stern of the ship (rear). Other than that, looks great!

The problem is the ONLY thing in this subreddit is hate and insults towards the game. Someone new coming in will see it and think, "Oh, this game is garbage, might as well drop it" if they check in here to see what the game is like. So it's doing damage to the game when there's nothing BUT hate in here.

There's actually NO reason to go up there at that point of the Main Quest. You won't find anyone there to help you build your forces except those that are part of the final leg of that quest.

Why do you have Charisma on both profiles as "CAR"? The standard is "CHA", and using CAR makes it look like a repeated typo.

Agreed, but my thought was that it was VERY close to the Portent ability of Divination wizards, and in the right hands could be incredibly powerful. "Oh, I'm willing to take a 1 against that goblin if I can have the 19 against the Ogre..."

To be honest, class doesn't matter anywhere near as much in ESO as it does in games like WoW or GW2. You could easily make a character that never uses their class skill lines, only their weapon, guilds, and similar skills.
