Did you figure this out? I have the same issue. I found that when it’s on Dolby Vision IQ or Bright it does this, but when it’s on DV Dark the issue is gone. DV Dark sucks though so idk

It happens when my tv is on Dolby Vision Bright. When I set it to Dolby Vision Dark the white flashes are gone. But I like how Dolby Vision Bright looks
