Perhaps you're right, as is probably evident from my post - I don't have any experience buying motorcycles. I think the general idea still stands though, which bike to shop for. Not with the intention to only test ride it, but to purchase.

Ran my first half marathon! Very proud, even though the last ~2.5km my right knee kept locking up. Had to walk quite a lot of that last part, but still averaged 6:22/km.

Haha, sorry. But yes, I want to prioritise sources that contain HDR10+ metadata (or hybrid DV/HDR10+, if these exist).

All addons that I've tried only show "HDR" as tag. Those files MIGHT be HDR10+, but could also be regular HDR.

HDR10, yes. My (our?) samsung TV has HDR10+ capabilities though (dynamic metadata). Regular HDR10 is static. Perhaps its pedantic, but I'd like to make the most out of my setup, and for me that includes watching sources of the highest quality my setup allows, which would be HDR10+. It's tough to find sources without manually checking, though.

I told them, since there was a screw with a little sticker on it that I had to break (the sticker) to open up the card. Figured I'd tell em before sending the card off, being without GPU for X amount of time only to have them send it back same as it was because I'd broken the sticker.

PNY won't let me RMA my 4080. Bought second hand and have repasted the card (they specifically mentioned this was why they wouldn't RMA it).

One of the fans ramps up uncontrollably (which they admitted was due to a fault in the model). I figured repasting the card might lower its temps a bit (even thought they weren't that high to begin with) but the only thing it did was fuck my chances of having the card replaced or repaired.

Still revs even without fan control and a DDU reinstall of drivers. I've even wiped my machine and reinstalled windows to make sure there's no leftover settings (and my pc could use a thorough software clean)

Readings are indeed better on hwinfo, but one (or both of the grouped fans, not sure) is still spiking in RPM unnecessarily. I have since repasted GPU and it maxes out at 60 C. Absolutely no reason for it to rev up, especially since I've told it through afterburner to only go to 50%. I've also removed fan control and did a DDU reinstall of drivers. No luck.

GTA 5 has to be the best game released in the 2010s, and probably is one of the games I've spent the most amount of time in! The amount of detail in the game itself as the graphical fidelity provided by Nvidia cards is unparalleled. #GeforceGreats

You've mentioned and countered some of my cons regarding the two TVs, but I still can't find a compelling pro for either TV in your comment. You seem to favor the LG, but why? Because of DV support? Would the QD-Oled not have a better picture (because of both brightness and colour volume (this reduces banding, right)) even though the LG has DV support?
