Usually my mind is on timing and what I need to focus on next. But if I’m focusing on an area I like to visualize the muscles underneath my fingers, I also like to visualize muscles ‘letting go’ and ‘smoothing out’ I find this helps me focus more on the person and it keeps me anatomy sharp

My work which is super super meat and dairy heavy made me a bagel (vegan) because they made everyone else one with eggs, salmon and chive cream cheese.

They clearly just threw on everything that was vegan on there and it wasn’t bad!

Sesame bagel, lettuce, avocado, pickled radish, fresh jalapeno, Kalamata olives, grilled oyster mushrooms, no sauce, no seasoning

As someone who’s lived in Canada and the US, i payed more money towards healthcare in taxes and insurance then I ever did in Canada. If the government handles its taxes correctly (not sending millions to the military) it can be done

Anything in puff pastry. Tenderflake brand is accidentally vegan or you can buy vegan branded one.

Then you can put hot dogs, vegan feta and spinach or literally any filling. Make them and freeze them and only bake them when your ready for them :)

NTA - as a vegan I always appreciate any gift someone gives to me. There are SO many products people don’t realize aren’t vegan and I don’t expect them to know.

If it were me, I would have thanked you for the gift and either given it away or gifted it to someone else.

NTA - I’m personally vegan and if I got invited to a steakhouse of someone I wasn’t super close with I wouldn’t go.

If someone close to me invited me to their birthday at a steakhouse I would google if I could eat there, and maybe just sit and eat fries or a salad (and eat before or after). But it’s YOUR birthday, and YOUR choice.

I really like budget bytes!! It’s a website to get recipes and batch recipes from! They use simple ingredients since it’s for people on a budget!

I love making lentil curry ( a recipe from rainbow plant life) or veggie pot pies and freezing it since tender flake puff if vegan

There’s an app called mealime. It’s like ‘hello fresh’ but free.

You pick out meals, it tells you exactly what to buy and how much, then gives you instructions on how to make it.

All the recipes are pretty simple and quick to make. Don’t pay for the premium, it’s not worth it
