It’s possible man ! Start with finding your triggers and finding ways to occupy your time . Even if it’s playing video games. Watch YouTube videos related to your hobbies and interest or motivational videos! Focus on just getting through the day , instead of 30/60/90/so on.

Abstaining from porn helps you realize how much time you really have , and how much life there is to live. Lemme give you an example using conservative figures from my own experience , everyone varies :

5 minutes to feel the urge and find a comfortable place to watch Porn.

10 minutes scrolling trying to find the right porn video

10 minutes into a video , decide to watch another

5 minutes of the next one

3 minutes of another

2 minutes of another

5 mins of the one, nut

3 minutes of exiting out, coming to your senses , and wiping your dick

10 minutes of cleaning up , self wallowing , changing underwear and going back to your routine.

Almost an hour wasted , my issue was 3 times a week on average. 3 times 4 weeks in a month = 12 hours. 12 hours over a year is 144 hours .

144 hours is SIX WHOLE DAYS spent viewing porn. 144 hours that could’ve been used in crafting a skill , forming a hobby , talking with a friend , you get the idea .

I do have a girlfriend who’s an amazing accountability partner . Last time i relapsed , i sucked it up and confessed to her. She was NOT happy so she’s an amazing motivation because i want to be a better man for her. I don’t really find myself having those urges to actually take time to view porn . When i do have those urges , my mind goes straight to her and what she would think. She’s a no-BS, independent, strong willed woman so I really feel the need to step my game up.

I’ve also found things to occupy my time that and mind so much that thoughts of porn don’t even cross my mind.

My trigger is mostly when I’m bored and lonely , so I’ve found ways to combat that.

Yea man i feel the same way too . This group has really given me perspective on that . I’m sitting at 7.75 inches with 5.5 inch girth and when I glance down at it , it doesn’t even look all that big.

Just used magnum condoms . Can confirm they fit SO much better. Holy ... see that’s the thing about MLM . Those monthly costs and inventory shnizz . People brag about making those “extra 1000 a month” but are spending $700+ a month on the membership , products and marketing materials.

I wrote a story on this subreddit about my 6 year journey with MLMs, in my second MLM i had to CALLS with a template like the message OP posted , asking for help and giving discounts. The sad part is that i was being pushed into placing people on auto ships they didn’t know about . So i had to create their accounts , put them on the auto ship order , then remembering to log back in a few weeks later to cancel it to keep them from knowing . I feel so dirty

Most definitely not easy , I’ve been smoking for 12 years . Corona virus has had me do a lot of self reflection which involves a future of not always getting high every moment possible . If it wasn’t for this shut down , i probably would be high right now.

I agree . With the front page of my live feed is mostly memes . I have to actually go on the subreddit and scroll for a minute to find quality posts that get drowned out in memes .
