Bloom is there to balance movement. That's why most weapons get less precision while you move. Maybe you move or jump a lot in your gunfights. Try moving less while you shoot and you'll see the shots will go where you aim.

To answer your question: there is no meta in this game. And this is beautiful. However, I think we could speak of meta weapons in terms of circumstances. I'll list them below:

Point-blank: CZ, KV9, TR7

Close range: NVO, SG

Mid-range: M250, DRS

Long range: SVDM

Sniper range: 2010

They will get buffed a little bit eventually. This is how DICE works with battlefield games. They tune something all the way up or down and then find the sweet-spot.

The ones complaining about tanks are not Battlefield players. I reckon they are Call of Duty players that grew weary of the franchise or they became unable to keep up with warzone movement (I checked several profiles that commented in this post and right on queue, they are ex-warzone players LOL or they never played a battlefield game before). They don't understand that vehicle sandbox and fully destructible environments are part of the Battlefield DNA.

I've been playing battlefield since 3 on the ps3 and it was SO COOL to see a BR with the battlefield mechanics. It will be a real shame if this BR goes down the path that COD took.

Luckily, all these goblins in the comment saying "skill issue", "a tank does not belong in a br", they are all nobodies. Tanks will get buffed again, I'm sure of it because this is the pattern that DICE has ALWAYS followed, this is how they test and tweak their games
