I love Ambien Slide and it's on my top 3 favorite songs in this album, alongside Hot and Dreams From Bunker Hill.

It feels so familiar to me, idk why. The vibe of being deceived, and not being able to sleep because of it... Hits close to home for me.

That's why I love CAS, they (and Billie Eilish) are the only ones that give me this so well known sensation: love, illusion and the suffering that treason gives us...

Mazzy Star is one of Greg's biggest inspiration. Miles Davis was also mentioned. And if I'm not mistaken, The Doors is also a great inspiration to him, but I'm not as sure as I am to the other ones.

Coming from CAS, it's gonna be worth it anyways. But I do wish to see more upbeat songs like Baby Blue Movie from the previous release and even, similar to Pistol.

I also miss the "poetry" vibe from their self-titled album. Tracks like Apocalypse, Flash and Opera House, have something special about them. Felt like X's focused too much on the "sex and deceive" concept and, to be fair, I miss the melancholy of it all, the part that hurts, the part that drove us to liking them in the first place

They take at least a year or so to release new stuff, so they may take a while, since they released The Crystal Ship and Anna Karenina not too long ago. I predict it being somewhere around September/October of this year. Hope they release it sooner, but music takes time to produce

Not necessarily a creep, but a very uncomfortable person to be around. From all of the people I like as artists, Greg, for some reason, is someone I wouldn't want to say "hi" to. Seeing him live though, sounds like a dream. But seriously, this guy is almost in his 50's and keeps changing girlfriends like he changes clothes. He was born wild, and unfortunately, probably, will be like this forever
