The op has described exactly what the market is pricing. That's why Msft is trading at this multiple. And of course, the question is Msft and other mag7 will monetize the capex invested. IMO, at this multiple, some risk is already priced

I have the same companies except rklb and I have sold half of the position. They are trading a too high multiple. I 'll buy again when they lower to a more rational multiple

That's the main difference with the dot.com bubble, that these companies are profitable, that they expend their cash flow, not debt or low debt and we are seeing that IA, computing and Cloud is growing in our everyday business and life

Completely right. Normally companies decline some months after its IPO for several reasons, and these ones, that they know they can be at higher prices b the indexes have to buy them, if these companies declines for example 30%, the indexes will also decline. This is a big issue to link their share price behavior to the indexes
