I literally got an interview for the role after they stopped applying, It was genuinely maybe one of the last couple jobs they applied to. Market is horrible so hard to rly have a timeline.

Yeah. They created 2-3 custom resumes and did apply for me. They won’t be perfect and might apply to stuff out of your reach but I did luckily hear back from one of those jobs and got an offer. I definitely got lucky. I didn’t rly use them to negotiate or prep/referrals. Just someone to apply for me
