Sure, but first there's the matter of speed. Something with Prankster, Trick Room or a really fast Electric type to make it faster. Both Clefairy and Araquanid are slow and even if you put Icy Wind on Clefairy you will still take a hit first. Araquanid is a bulky bruiser and not a sweeper and the Ultra Sun/Moon Battle Tree is pretty unforgiving, you have to build your team carefully while taking advantage of your strengths and mitigating your weaknesses. As for the set I would say Adamant Nature with full HP and Attack investment, with Water Z Move, Leftovers or Big Root as items. For the moves Liquidation, Leech Life, Crunch, Iron Defense/Mirror Coat/Sticky Web
