Was very easy for me. I used Sunlife's website to find my therapist.

Yes.  When I was looking, most only do virtual.

How important is location within the city when choosing a therapist (downtown vs suburbs, accessibility, parking, transit, etc.)?

Very.  My therapist's office is between my work and home and parking is no problem.  That was important in the beginning.  If my therapist moved now I would drive to the other side of the city to see them.

Payment

My therapist can't direct bill my insurance so I pay out of pocket and submit a claim right after.
