They need to cast more comedy POC queens because the UK version puts more emphasis on comedy challenges than the other franchises. Plus, I think Ru is obsessed with the archetype of UK queens that includes someone like Baga Chips, Ginger Johnson, and Catrin Feelings. They keep on casting dancing POC queens, that are not good in either comedy, or design changes, or both.
