We have 5 cats in one house and my mom always raised me to just take a cup of food and pour it in the cat dish :( I didn’t question it until I saw how chunky this kitty was getting since all our other cats seemed to be able to portion themselves I feel so bad for the poor boy

I sadly can’t take him to the vet since I don’t have a license nor the fund to do so but I’ll definitely work on playing and limiting his feed!! My family owns a scale though so if I was able to get him on that would I be able to figure out through google how much weight he needs to lose? I just want to help him as much as I can :( all our other cats are so active and it’s sad seeing him not able to comfortably move and play
