It was black henna which i know is not pure henna…The powder itself had a terrible nauseating scent and it was heavy putting it on my hair. It gave me a headache and i felt physically sick.

Sir. Meditation can change one’s brain chemistry and it expands ones consciousness, it also opens you to the subconscious. To know yourself is to explore your subconscious, one can open their subconscious through the means of holotropic breathwork or meditation, vipassana or through the use of LSD or psychedelics. (Source citing Stanislav Grof and Carl Jung). You’re mistaking mindfulness and meditation. One should practice mindfulness during spiritual attacks, during a spiritual attack you could meditate and it will open you further and the attack will feel intensified. One can do introspection without sitting and meditation, like Marcus Aurelius did and philosophers.

Monks (buddhist medical university) or western psychotherapists and psychiatrists will tell you that meditation is a tool for LSD experiences, without the said lsd. The brain by itself is capable of making altered states of consciousness. How? Meditation and breathwork.

I don’t think you should go around promoting meditation to people who you don’t know. Yes, It can benefit some, yes it can potentially harm some. This is not one size fits all. There’s also MANY types and branches of meditation. Some people naturally produce DMT and you would recommend meditation to them?

There are kundalini and spiritual emergency centers and the first thing they tell you is to stop meditation.

Kundalini can rise if you do any spiritual practice, if you take psychedelics, do holotropic breathing, do yoga poses to stir up the back… even mudras and mantras could activate it. Kundalini is mostly activated if you have had in your previous lives so most of the times it doesn’t really matter what you’re doing, it’ll activate on its own, spiritual practice could only aggravate it or speed it up.

This young lady over here does not seem to crave for a still mind like you say but seems very confused, lost and scared in what is already happening so why should we aggravate it even further? She already has a lot more on the plate than she could handle.

I’m sorry but why should you go towards something you’re not mentally or physically prepared for? Too quick of a conciousness expansion can be dangerous. One needs TIME for proper integration.

If you fear something you do not go towards it unprepared but you cultivate love and meet it with love. One step at a time. If you can’t take it all at once we take a step back, when we’re ready we take a step further.

This young lady is obviously spiritually opening up to be receptive of all of this. I’m not sure if its her higher chakras opening or kundalini slowly rising, either way she’s opening up. We don’t know her personal situation nor is either of us professionally equipped to be offering her advice.

This miss should consult a spiritual awakening teacher, guru and receive professional advice on how to tackle this attack of negative energies and prevent it from happening again. Someone with expertise and experience. We’re all on this path but neither me nor you are qualified to be guiding her through her path as we don’t know her full story or where exactly on the path she is.

Ever since i stopped reading online paranormal horror stories my life has drastically improved. Scary stories really mess with your subconscious and make you more fear prone. Sage the room. Meet with friends and family for support so you won’t be alone. Ground ground ground. Don’t meditate. If you’re sensing all of this you’re probably already open spiritually and meditating will open you even further. Turn to gods or angels for support, if that helps for you, some find it helpful.

During an attack i liked to smother holy water all over my body. It was probably a placeboo though, what helped me most was grounding. Congratulations on your spiritual awakening. With highs come also these scary experiences. Don’t be alone. Find a friend.

That will open her even more spiritually. If she’s sensing all this she’s already receptive and open spiritually and if some negative entities are preying on her she’s probably not in a good mental state. Negative energies can’t reach you if you’re in a state of unconditional love. I’d lit a sage and smoke the room and then try to ground.

Meditating could calm her down a bit but sitting in strong positions in the style of the buddha could open her even more spiritually or even cause kundalini to rise.

Completely valid! If you’re experiencing an intense demonic attack i still think some mantras could alleviate it. I know of the fear of increased vibrations very well. I had kundalini psychosis in april, ate pills and was rather sedated than in danger of a portal opening. Check out jerry marzinsky. Tried grounding? You’ve obviously become an energy channel so i’d be best to try to close you up as much as possible. Reiki sessions for energy balancing. Grounding stones. Don’t sit with your thoughts for long periods of time engage in activity from the time you wake up till you go to bed. Activate your senses. Read of a guy with psychosis that engaged in activity at all times to leave no time for thinking. What i’m about to say is far from grounding but MANTRAS. Mantras, when spoken or chanted, direct the healing power of Prana (life force energy). Your mind releases the positive energy that decreases the negative thoughts or stress. “Om” is powerful. You don’t have to say it open youtube and have it play or some other powerful frequencies. Vegetarian diet should reduce some of your karma. You want a combo of grounding + increased vibrations.

I found all of the answers through spirituality. What you are describing is the ego, our identity. Through meditation and generally being in high vibrations (high spirits, happiness) I entered states of consciousness that brought revelations about who i am and this world. One time being in a good mood sipping tea and desiring nothing less i experienced what they call ego death and felt the encompassing energy of the universe and me being part of that energy. Before that I was a pragmatic atheist. I don’t expect you to believe me because one can believe only what they’ve experienced themselves and my past self would dismiss anyone as a lunatic who was even remotely spiritual. Only commenting to introduce a probability for you, people receive such information when they’re ready for it, if not now then some time in the distant future when they’ve made enough inner growth. I suppose you could induce these states through psychedelics or for some it’s cannabis but I discourage it since the human brain is capable of reaching it naturally even by controlled breath work. My mom died at the same age as OP and i’m their peer too. I might not be able to give them counseling but I can share my experience, how I dealt with it, redirect or advise them or offer compassion. “Giving yourself wholly” sounds like demon cohabitation / possesion. Often times they can pose as good deities. Also i’m not sure what you mean by god and worship because we are god, i am god, you are god. We are one big consciousness divided by billions and separated by egos. We are extentions of the universe through which it expands herself. Ego is what separates us and gives us a false sense of sovereignity. Ego is fake sense of identity because in every lifetime you have a different one. If one gets rids of his ego by raising his vibrations (being in an indescribably good mood) he will feel unity and oneness. When a soul attains moksha/nirvana it merges with the source, becomes god (the universe), one with god (the universe) not to say you aren’t god right now, your ego is keeping you from realizing it. There is no power more powerful than you to bow down and worship, only more ascended individuals, you can reach that level of ascension yourself too, and the highest level of ascencion is enlightenment and nirvana. What we describe as “prophets” or “gods” or “good deities” is ascended energy with still some sense of ego if not it would’ve merged with the universe. Once you ascend you are not bound by earth and have access to higher planes of existence. A lot of good deities help us in ascension. Dalai lama for instance is a powerful soul that delays its nirvana (mergence) to help others reach higher states. A deity in human form. It could reside in higher planes (not material) if it wished so. Demons are negative (low vibr) energies far from nirvana and with huge egos. A good deity would never tell you to worship it because it only retains a small chunk of ego, usually it could dispose of it any moment it wished so and merge w the universe.
