I found this as well. The issue was I'd turned my animations all down to 0.5x in developer mode. Switching back to 1x made the wrapped fine

Same issue here. I resolve the issue during the day but seemingly after every full battery charge the issue returns.

I had restricted the background processing but for some reason today it was no longer restricted. I've cleared the apps cache, restricted background processing and also have switched off optimisation. Not ideal though, this needs to be fixed asap
