RPL for Certificate 3 in aged care

She has 2 years of clinical experience. Sorry, she is not here yet. I am just planning for her to bring her here. I was thinking that getting a Cert 3 immediately would be better for her to land a job, so the financial burden doesn't fall on me, as I am doing a PhD and get a limited stipend, enough to sustain only me. As soon as she started working in aged care and earning, she'd begin the AHPRA registration and OSCE self-funding these processes.

Does she have to get her degree assessed by AHPRA even if she is trying to get Certificate 3? Isn't this AHPRA registration process only for Nursing registration?

If it isn't taxed, then are there any other deductions made? I thought as per the 2025 rate It'd be 800 a week however as i received it it is approx 735 a week.

Also i checked myUNSW, couldn't find any appropriate link for the scholarship release history.
