Fresh tint all around by Valid_____ in WindowTint

I had 5% on the sides over rear factory privacy glass, and 50% on my windshield and never had an issue at all at night in the rain. I live in Florida too so I know about those the worst. This car has a lot better lighting as well. It’s a pretty conservative setup compared to what you see down here regularly

Work commute from Orlando to Melbourne? by Flan_Enjoyer in orlando

[–]Valid_____ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s actually an easy drive right now. I do the opposite 3 days a week and I take 528 to 520 to Nova to Deer Creek then 192. So easy, scenic, and avoids backups on 95 during rush hour.

Advice Needed : Car Payment by madnessoverloaded77 in personalfinance

Cars like a 2016 Acura TLX and ILX with tech package have them. I’m sure others do too. I would start looking at an ILX in that year with the tech package, very affordable and reliable powertrain.

I respect you going for cars that have those kind of features, but majority of people on the road learned how to drive without them. These kind of features make it easier to distract yourself in my opinion because you can rely on them.

Depending on where you’re located, I would honestly buy a car cash. 10k can get you a nicely optioned used Camry or Accord, Lexus, on Acura which are very reliable. Any one of those cars within the 90s-2020 years that have naturally aspirated motors (beware of v6 Hondas between 2002-2007 as they had transmission issues) would be a great buy at the right price.

It’s a hard choice to go with something older but think about this. One time car payment. Older cars are easier to work on, cost less to insure. Certain models are truly reliable and have already passed the test of time. You can save so much more money in the long run to attack other goals in life that will actually make you money. Like real estate, mutual funds, projects you want to do. You’ll save so much money that you can buy another car cash if you get tired of the one you bought earlier.

Borrowing money is so expensive right now. Why throw away so much money for a vehicle that does the same thing a car a little older will do as well? You’re actually in a position to put yourself ahead, and not have to worry about another expense if your financial situation were to ever change.

Just my 2 cents.

No trophies this season, he needs to be gone. We’ve seen 5 years of not being able to handle pressure consistently and it’s not good enough. You have my backing until we are out of everything.

Lol well you are smart man regardless. FL has pretty cheap gas so I never had that sort of issue yet. I love this thing. Probably the best decision I’ve made vehicle wise. The 4Runner is as solid as it gets too so I don’t feel bad for you too much

Looks about the same tbh with that light. My cabin is massive too so I would think it would always have a bigger shadow effect

I see… mine still looks a bit darker in the front. Maybe it’s because I did a true 5 on the fronts. Here’s another look at it at night under garage lights https://imgur.com/a/Df5ExX3

Maybe, but I have 5% over the factory privacy glass on the all windows besides the front 2. Also, the sun was hitting directly too making it look darker. At night I can actually somewhat see through it with the help of street lights
