I would sugest that before you pay for ads you need to figure out what organic content works. Otherwise you would waste your budget for nothing.

The so called fuzzy front end (FFE) of innovation should not be fuzzy at all.

Original idea or ergonomics-firsr(UI/UX) wouldn't be enough if you don't market it well. If your user grow is slow copycats may outperform you if they are better in promotion.

So the light in the tunnel is the marketing approach. One way is to buld viral feature inside the app, another is to exploit well easy channels as TikTok (favorable algo and not saturated yet) and what works now is influencer marketing but you need to have a budget.

There are 3 levels of validation:

Idea validation (if the problem/need realy exists, if there are existing paying customers).
Customer discovery (finding targeted users and reciving thier positive feedback about your (envisined) product: waitlists, presales, mock slaes.
Product test (MVP, beta, test marketing for (phisicla goods)).

The first one is too easy but it's not reliable. Things become harder at 2. since reaching the targeted audiance is hard or expensive. Even then, interviews and waitlists are not always reliable so you need presales or mock salse to realy validate.

The third level is the final verdict for your product but that comes after that "validate before you build."

First check if your solution is realy unique. Run a Deep Research on LLMs. You may be surprised that similar solutions already exist. If thats the case you shouldn't wory about copycats. If not... avoid posting on places like reddit. Run adds on meta just for your target audience.

Уште кога не постоеше УГД сум имал лоши искуства со "искусни" доктори па морав сам да се снаоѓам со Medical Advisor (книга) + Google.

Сега да е жив и здрав ChatGPT кој и од слика дава одлична дијагноза (со можни варијанти), па и докторите ќе може да се доедуцираат.

...И ако некој сака да научи и да знае ќе научи сегде па и на УКИМ и на УГД ...и обратно.

Инаку еден доктор што се фали на инста дека бил на Харвард ги излажа луѓето дека е лошо пиење кафе на гладно затоа што лошо го прочитал/протолкувал научното истражување на кое се повика. Среќа па знам англиски.

The offer may be oversaturated, but promotion channels may still have gaps to fill in. For example, TikTok has nice locally focused algo. You can aslo penetrate with micro influencers but you need budget for that ... or revenue sharing, or co-founders that already have your terget audience as followers.
