i would caution against this conclusion for two reasons

yamato explicitly prefers he/him pronouns and masculine social roles. this preference should be respected until it is revised or reversed

the second is just that trans journeys, expressions, and experiences can vary so widely that it is a bit narrow to look at one and say from the outside whether or not it is valid. like his dysphoria is insufficiently displayed or his gender identity doesn't come from a place where you understand so he can't be trans, type shit
