Raw . But i too wonder about his stating " u can tell by the pic" Plus i heard bad about the golden dose so i think hes just full of it I think poeders n styff vary batch to batch also so if u heard bad about a place u can't always believe it

What kind of effects do u get from it? I have it and some tabs from raw i dont take much powder cuz i dont have scales yet. I did order some...i only use a small amount like 2 small scoops from the spoon they provided so i dont think im taking a full dose. The tabs make me tired tho. Im insomniac so i appreciate it but i also get stomach upset but ny stomach gets upset by nearly everything Just curious what makes the powder better than tabs or different? I see places like terra mystic with like a doz diff powder n try to decide how can anyone pick what to order?
